Background: I started building my management career back in 2007 when I managed 60-200 persons at any given time while employed at the Port of Los Angeles. Juggling multiple large client needs prepared me to jump into the construction industry in 2010. While working as a commercial Contract Administrator for multi-million dollar projects, I gained valuable knowledge in contract guidelines, insurance, and RFP’s. During my tenure as a repair coordinator, I was the primary contact in the coordination of several projects such as the re-construction of a Holiday Inn, several board-ups and repairs throughout the Yorba Linda School District, and the remodel of The Westin Inn of Long Beach.
Now, as the Office Manager of EXZA General Contractors, Inc., I have compiled a team of motivated individuals with various specialties and areas of expertise. This allows our organization to be compliant to industry guidelines yet compatible with different client needs beyond the mundane while delivering profession service. EXZA is relatable, adaptable, and accessible on every level.
I am dedicated to leading the EXZA Team to make sure we uphold our mission and core values. As a diverse team, we work together to make sure each of our clients gets premium service and the EXZA customer experience. For me and my team, there is no job too big or complex.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
The hands on experience and continued education with each project; the ever-changing construction industry and the gratification of completing even the smallest project to the biggest.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Traveling and spending quality time with my family.
